Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, click on the "add to cart" button. This will be located directly below the item's description. Clicking on the "add to cart" button will reserve the product for you at check out and take you to the Shopping Cart page. Note that having a product in your cart does not obligate you to purchase it. You can, at any time before processing your order, remove items on the Shopping Cart page.

On our Shopping Cart page, you can view your entire order and total. Here you have the options to ship standard, 2-day or overnight.

Next, click on the "check out" button. Here you will complete our 3-step billing and shipping form with credit card information, so we can promptly process the shipping of your purchase. This page is also where you will enter your credit card or gift certificate information. This information is used strictly for billing and is encrypted before it is sent directly to our server.

Once the order form is completed and credit card information entered, click the "proceed to order confirmation" button. If all the information was filled out completely, you will proceed to our Order Confirmation page where you will be able to check the addresses a final time. If any information was missing you will be prompted.

If all the information appears accurate, click to the "process order" button to finalize the order. We will ship your order via UPS. Once the package(s) leave(s) our warehouse, UPS will send you an automated e-mail giving you an expected date of delivery and a tracking number. If you have questions at any time during your purchase you can e-mail our Customers Service and we'll make every attempt to get back to you within 24 hours.

If a product you purchased from T.G. Manufacturing, Inc. arrives damaged, does not fit your boat's vent or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 60 days of purchase date for full refund of purchase price and sales tax. Merchandise must be in its original condition and have all original tags attached.

Upon receipt, your return will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

To return purchases made at from T.G. Manufacturing, Inc., please complete the Merchandise Return Form found on the back of your packing slip and enclose with returned item(s). Send To:

Note that you are required to pay for return postage and handling. Findigo.com recommends that you send all returns via UPS or shippers who insure and are able to track packages.








Our products are shipped anywhere in the continental US via UPS Ground Shipping. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that only one method of shipping is available per order.

When your package(s) leave(s) our warehouse, UPS will send you an automated e-mail giving you an expected date of delivery and a tracking number with a link to their Web site.







We use the highest level of security to ensure safe and prompt billing.

Our secure server uses the most up to date version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your credit card transaction. Only T.G. Manufacturing, Inc. will see this information. Some Web browsers will not permit a secure connection or they employ a high security firewall. If you are on a secure site your browser should display a "lock" or a "key" icon in the lower left or right hand corner of the browser window (depending on what browser you are using). Also check the URL bar at the top of your browser, the first characters will usually be "http," but when secure connection is established it will be "https."

If during the check out process, on our secure server, you receive an error message or something seems odd please contact our Customer Service and someone will contact you within 24 hours to take your credit card information over the telephone.
